Telephone callers are victimizing people with loved ones in jail, trying to trick them into paying money for bail through cellphone apps or prepaid debit cards. They're impersonating CCSO members, hoping to capitalize on victims' fears. CCSO Chief Deputy Fletcher King explains that law enforcement will never do this, and he gives tips for how to react if you get that call.
