Ten residents of the Al Cannon Detention Center who are participating in the Elite Tech program discuss their own transformation and make a case for expanding education and job-centered programming to help others in jail break the cycle of recidivism. "Everyone is being true to themselves. Everyone is finding that 'it' factor that caused them to do what they've done and trying to find a way to change," said Joe, a participant.
