"Corrections is a catchall for the failures of society." Alisha and Christian interview Jerrica about her experiences as a corrections officer and employee in a community based organization assisting former inmates. Jerrica describes her transition from "lock-em up and throw away the key" officer to more nuanced case manager that goes along with understanding how people get caught in the cycle of recidivism and how society lets its members down when they make mistakes. Jerrica has applied her take-aways from prisons to her new venture, the Good Wolf & Co. café.
