In Part 5 of the 100 Year War on Salmon, Jack Emberly prompts Geoff Clayton to relate how he and the community finally start to make some headway with BC Hydro to release more water into the Alouette River through the dam. It takes the threat of legal action and tough talk to motivate the Provincial Government to get water flow concessions from BC Hydro.
