In this episode I am joined by Quentin Garcia. Quentin is the Executive Chef at El Capitan, Mainzer, and Rainbird. He started cooking in a professional kitchen when he was 11 years old and has been doing so ever since. He has worked at multiple Michelin Star Restaurant and currently resides in the Central Valley of California where he highlights the best of what the region offers in a unique way. In this podcast we talk about how he started cooking at such a young age, where he gained his knowledge of expertise cooking, and laughed a lot.
