Bradford Shepherd has been involved in commercial real estate development for 20 years. His experience includes management of hotel and vacation property, retail and café operations, as well as the development of retail and hospitality space. In 2011, he moved to Texas with his wife and that's how he started doing residential properties flipping and building a rental portfolio in Central Texas. In 2017, he leaped to multifamily syndication investments.
