In the second part of this conversation, Dona and Parneet go deep in speaking about feelings and experiences of contraction and expansion, how to discern whether something is in service to us growing or not, whether nature is always moving towards life or death and how this impacts us as people, communities, and systems of relating. We speak about our hopes and dreams and end with a body practice of expression expansion. It was beautiful and we blew our own minds. Apologies for the nature sounds including the hilariously loud cicada insect, wind chimes and the never ending renovations. Hope you enjoy it. Support us on Patreon: www.patreon.com/ChaiChats
