Employee Recruitment and retention is the focus of this episode of Chamber Amplified from the Findlay-Hancock County Chamber of Commerce. We're joined by Stephanie Ferguson of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce to talk about studies they are doing in regard to the employment crunch. One of their findings is simply that a problem that had been looming on the horizon is now here - baby boomers are retiring and we don't have the population to replace them.
We're also joined this week by Crystal Clark of Blanchard Valley Medical Associates, who are 43-year members of the Chamber. Crystal tells us all about the history of the practice, how they've become more specialized over the years, and the challenges COVID presented them.
