Jeff Sprague of the Regional Growth Partnership joins us to talk about programs that are helping reskill at-risk workers in the state, as well as what the state is doing to attract talent to Ohio.
We're also joined by Luke Feeney of Ridge & Associates, who have been Chamber members for nearly four decades. Luke walks us through its history and illustrates how taking advantage of the right opportunity at the right time has led to an engineering firm that does work all over the U.S. based right here in Findlay.
