Aujourd’hui dans Changemaker Stories, Xavier est parti à la rencontre de Quentin Chapuis, co-fondateur de la Fédération Française de l’Apéritif pour sa première interview du podcast !
Quentin et ses deux associés sont animés par la bonne nourriture et les bons produits locaux : et ce depuis leur enfance grâce à la cuisine mémorable des grands-mères. Ils ont créé la FFA dans le but de faire découvrir des savoir-faire et proposer un apéritif made in France aux amoureux de la gastronomie. Avec leurs boutiques à Paris, Lille et Lyon mais aussi leur marque à part entière, ce qui était à l’origine une blague entre copains est devenue une véritable institution suivie par plus de 250 000 personnes.
