The patriarch of the Voudon Gnostic Current, leader of countless occult organizations, and an artist and writer of a singular quality, Bertiaux has had many hats and many tales through his life, and shifting through the truth and fiction is something so impossible we don't even try. Instead, we explain the origins of Bertiaux as they have come down to us, stopping to mention when things contradict, give thoughts of his contemporaries both good and ill, and discuss our own experience with reading and working with what are arguably his two most important works; The Gnostic Voudon Workbook and Ontological Graffiti. And in between, we have a few laughs and a few insights into just what Bertiaux wanted us to learn from his works. It is easily one of the best specials we have done, and that means a lot if you know how much work and love goes into each one of these.
