The COVID-19 pandemic has upended a lot of our systems necessitating us to innovate in newer ways of working around existing structures. Indian Courts are one of those institutions that post the lockdown have been forced to look at what potential changes need to happen and how the future can be re-imagined.
What are some of the opportunities that are being explored in courts so that justice can be served better?
