Having run a 12 space baby & toddler unit I learnt a heck of a lot about how to get toddlers to learn develop and nap during the day (?????) I learnt more in that year as a room leader about toddlers than I have in most of my career & I loved every moment of working with those 12 little cherubs. Here’s what I learnt about sleep, routine & unfamiliar faces in my time working with them.
