Noah Ohlsen, this year's second fittest man on earth, joins the show to talk about his experience this year at the CrossFit Games.
Noah came on earlier this year to talk about his manta of happy but hungry only to put it to use at this year's Games. Despite the pressure, Ohlsen remained composed and was able to fight to a podium position for the first time ever.
