Special release in celebration of New York City Comic Con! This week we take it to the boogie down Bronx to the home of family man J-Steed, a 39 year old, radio host, and Bronx native. We BLERD SO HARD on comic books, the significant role they played in his life, the importance of representation at comic-con, his Black Panther 2 predictions and I share my not so kid-friendly comic book recommendation. I’m talking a possibly NC-17 rating; if not that then definitely R. Plus as a nice bonus, two special guests join the conversation. As a quick aside, the term blerd combines black and nerd meaning nerd culture with an urban point of view focusing on people of color.
