Society has conditioned us as a culture to continually be so "Strong," all of the time. While in reality, we do not exist in a "Perfect," world so we are and will never be perfect. It's totally okay to admit that we may need to re-evaluate various factors in our lives and find ways to cope with the challenges that we undergo. Many Americans suffer from anxiety, society, mental illness, depressive disorders and are struggling to cope with the loss of a loved one. The goal of this podcast is to inform others that it is quite alright to seek help if your going through any of these items. Sometimes we are able to find a way out on are on, but its quite alright if things need to be escalated to a professional.

It is very imperative to surround yourself with positive and caring individuals that desire the best for you and take time out for yourself! Many people incorporate prayer,music, exercise, spa days, trips and other essential aspects to help them deal with tough times. At the end of the day, we must find out what works personally. Because life is too short not to be out here living our best lives.
