The 29th October marks the start of International Brain Tumour Awareness Week and in this bonus episode, I speak to my cousin about her experiences of having a brain tumour and the impact it had on her growing up. Mia talks about the impact of being bullied and shares her hopes for the future.

If you are being bullied at whether its online, at school, college, university or work it can often leave you feeling alone, but you are not and the charity YoungMinds has put together a really useful guide if you need it: Bullying | How To Deal With Bullying and Getting Help | YoungMinds

If you want to talk to someone as you feel you may need support for your mental health, it’s important you speak to your GP. There are also charities like the Samaritans who you can call for free On 116 123.
