When you are in a funk, what do you do to get out of it? What are some of the things that take your mind off the world? Is there anything that gets you back engaged? There are times when we all experience it, but most of the time we don't know how to turn it on or off when it happens. Chad and Kris discuss what they do when they fall into a funk and how they are able to pull themselves out of it by speaking about what helps them.
