He may be known as the father of Broadway star Lin-Manual Miranda, but before his son became famous, Luis Miranda, Jr. made his mark as an activist, political strategist and advocate for Latinos in New York City and around the country. Luis Miranda details his journey from Puerto Rico to New York and a life full of family, politics and advocacy.
On June 11 at 2:30pm, at Seattle's El Centro de la Raza, Luis Mirand, Jr. and Enrique Cerna will talk in person about the book and the importance of the Latino vote in the 2024 election. Following the conversation, Luis will be available to sign books. The book will be available for purchase
