Karen McKy is joined by Sudabeh Yeganeh for a chat about PSYCH-K(r) and how updating our subconscious beliefs and responses serve our families and ourselves. Sudabeh delights in sharing about how her actions as a facilitator have positively changed her experience of interacting with her family in the United States and in Iran, as well as helping her align with her Persian heritage. She relates stories about how PSYCH-K is providing a path for transforming family habits, some of which go back for generations. Karen elaborates on PSYCH-K being not about “fixing” people, but rather a way to help us gain understandings about how we use our energy. Through PSYCH-K, facilitators help clients make shifts at the subconscious level. Those shifts allow our bodies to operate and behave differently at the cellular level, which in turn creates change in our body systems and thereby our lives as a whole. Sudabeh closes with her observation that, “I choose every single day how I want my day to be, in a way, and I do my best to create that, with intention and choice. … One of the most important things I can say [is about] self-love; I’ve discovered that for myself. ... I knew about it... but I didn’t know what it feels like. [Now] I do. Not in a selfish way. … [That’s] one of the most treasured things that I could have done for myself.” Sudabeh Yeganeh mailto:sueyeganeh@gmail.com Karen McKy http://www.SubconsciousChange.com Richard Tashma http://www.LQF.Life
