Episode 3 is an Ableton Live mix I recorded in 2006. I got addicted to the program at the time and wanted to utilise it's potential for performing a "live" mix. Musically the set covers the full spectrum of the "minimal" sound. There's House and Techno shades, some minimal electro and some richer "maximal" sounds towards the end. The final mix was performed live in one take but months of preparation went into the set. There are hundreds of loops and samples which were derived from the original records. At some points there are 6 channels of audio playing so this set differs hugely to other "live" sets where Ableton is only used to beat match 2 records together.
