With 31,102 verses in the entire bible, needless to say, using a verse out of context is not uncommon and I would say most of the time peoples' intentions are good.
I am not blameless in accidentally using verses out of context in the past. So, I wanted to dive into this topic to "out myself" in verses I have previously used out of context, help others learn from my mistakes, and also give some practical tips on how to be sure we are understanding God's word at it’s true meaning and translation.
