We look forward to worshipping with you! Christchurch is a member of the worldwide Anglican Communion, the third largest denomination in the world, and is a founding church in the Anglican Church in North America, the newest branch of that community of 77 million Christians. Christchurch opened its doors in 2005, when a group of committed believers left the Episcopal Church over its severely diminished respect for the role of Holy Scripture in the life of the Church and its deeply compromised witness to the Gospel. Christchurch is thus a very young church, where newcomers are always welcome.
