Trent condemns all those who are against these Roman beliefs such as the -Treasury of Merit,- -Communion with the dead,- -pray for the dead that they may be loosed from their sins,- -our prayers helps the dead - makes the dead more effective to help the living-which are still taught as true in current Catholic catechisms which have not changed over time.
