Matthew 13:10 - And the disciples came and said to Him, “Why do You speak to them in parables?” 11 He answered and said to them, “Because it has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given.

Mark 4:13 - And He said to them, “Do you not understand this parable? How then will you understand all the parables?

? Everything starts with a seed.
? The Kingdom is to be shared.
? The Kingdom brings growth.
? Blessings multiply on new levels.
? The enemy opposes God's Word.
? Believers need to overcome troubles.
? Worry opposes the Word.
? Materialism opposes the Word.
? There is a danger that we could settle for less.

NEVER STOP GROWING

1. Hard Areas

Matthew 13:19 - When anyone hears the word of the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what has been sown in his heart. This is what was sown along the path.

2. Shallow Areas

Matthew 13:20 - But he who received the seed on stony places, this is he who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy; 21 yet he has no root in himself, but endures only for a while. For when tribulation or persecution arises because of the word, immediately he stumbles.

3. Weedy Areas

Matthew 13:22 - Now he who received seed among the thorns is he who hears the word, and the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful.

4. Good Areas

Matthew 13:23 – But the seed falling on good soil refers to someone who hears the word and understands it. This is the one who produces a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.
