(Recorded August 12, 2020.) In this episode, I sit down for some girl talk with Metro Vancouver-based tea blogger and full-time registered nurse Michelle Owens from the One More Steep tea blog. We chat all about tea, the 2020 iteration of nursing (her opinion, not her employer’s) and grocery shopping, and her experience of moving, getting married and buying a house during the pandemic. (Phew!) Michelle also shares some decompression tips for people on shift work and demystifies matcha for me.
P.S. Did you know Dr. Bonnie Henry wrote a book? Link is below!
