In wrapping up the series, Pastor Mitch Rose shared insights from Galatians 5:19-25 and John 15:1-5. He reminds us that the fruits of the flesh are always in conflict with the fruits of the Spirit and to feed the fruit of the Spirit, we have to remain to the source. In John 15:1-5, Jesus describes Himself as the true vine and us as the branches. To bear fruit, we must stay connected to Him where we will continue to experience pruning for greater fruitfulness. This pruning is God’s way of helping us grow, not a punishment.
