Our world has always wrestled with overwhelming amounts of shame and the consequences of it. In fact, studies show that shame is one of the most painful emotions to experience and is responsible for the negative mental health of many. What would your life look like without shame? Is that possible? Today we are going to talk about the Helmet of Salvation out of Ephesians 6 and what it represents. If used correctly, it can distinguish shame from our lives entirely and give us a new hope found only in Jesus.
