It's Mother's Day 2022. Roe V Wade to my surprise is somehow in the news cycle and on the table as a serious topic. We are still renovating the studio but I dropped into the booth to ramble through some basic personal thoughts on this very serious topic, that's definitely got a lot of folks heated in America. In California little will change but we discuss anyway. Moms, Roe V Wade, civility and decorum, some semi related conversation as well as our favorite topic, the national debt.
A few key points made...
3:00 Having real conversations - Social media isn't the real world
8:30 - Seeing each other with human decency and seeking understanding
11:00 - Mention: Upcoming discussion with @roadtoserfdom3 (Twitter) Show
14:00 Autonomy and abortion, (First mention)
22:00 Autonomy a real and important issue - Second mention - The autonomy issue for women is wrapped deep into Roe V Wade and goes beyond abortion.
24:50 - A word on the "projected" deficit reductions.
35:00 Having real conversations about Roe V Wade/CRT/Schools/and other social issues, to advance and grow.

Things casually referenced or mentioned:
National Debt Clock

Roe v. Wade :: 410 U.S. 113 (1973) :: Justia US Supreme Court Center
