Kerry O’Brien has always done things her own way. The founder, CEO, and designer of Commando, she took the fashion industry by storm and launched the brand in 2005 with the first seamless, elastic and trim-free undergarments. Commando has since expanded to a full clothing line made from the highest quality luxury technical fabrics and currently holds two patents for innovative design in hosiery and slips. Dedicated to creating clothes that you can look and feel your best in, Kerry personally fit-tests every garment before it enters production to ensure comfort and quality. In this episode, we talk about what inspired Kerry to transform the underwear industry, the words of wisdom she follows in her day-to-day life, and Commando’s design ethos of comfort leading to confidence.
Don’t miss this interview where we discuss:

  • How Kerry transformed her idea into a reality and her experience founding a fashion company as an industry outsider

  • The importance of innovation, even when you’ve already reached the top
