Jay Wertzberger is the founder of Auto Transport Intel, a YouTube channel focused on connecting verticals and automotive dealers, auctions, carriers, and tech services. In this episode, we talked about:

● Jay’s venture into the automotive and ATI’s origins

● Finding your niche, knowing your audience, and building a community

● The automotive industry and self-driving cars

About Guest:

An aspiring filmmaker, writer, and videographer (in Los Angeles), Jay’s journey delivered him to car hauling dispatching in Kansas City, MO in 2012. While learning the auto transport secondary market the hard way and took many notes, created a new roadmap, and within a year began training other dispatchers. Being recognized as a cornerstone in day-to-day operations, Jay worked hard to understand the essential needs of carriers, brokers and shippers - and why they are so fragmented in this ecosystem.

In 2017, Jay launched Auto Transport Intel, the industry’s first car hauling YouTube business channel comprising all aspects of the auto transport trucking supply chain, and also co-founded CTS Business Coaching, which now coaches and trains owner operator car haulers to utilize a better business model. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech (class of ’94), with a double minor in English & Communications.
