Operational technology leaders are at crossroads as the digitization of the industrial world accelerates. In one direction is the legacy "IT-centric" approach to data security that is ill-suited for OT and IoT systems. The other is extending the zero trust model to devices, effectively hiding hard-to-access and hard-to-patch, agentless IP-enabled sensors and data-generating assets from the Internet and shielding them from your attack surface.
