Welcome to “Resolve to Resolve” – Episode 50 of Co-creating Peace, a series about conscious communication and conflict transformation.

As we approach the birth of every new year, many people have the tradition of making resolutions for the new year. For 2022, I would like to invite you to resolve to resolve.

Think about the unresolved conflicts in your life, the conversations you know you need to have but have been putting off, unmade apologies, unaccepted apologies, and the forgiveness you know someone deserves, but which you haven’t yet expressed to them.

The topic of this episode is inspired by many things. Most prominent of those are a very sad, remorseful letter from a listener and the upcoming birth of 2022. The birth of a new year gives us a sense of a fresh start, and opportunity to do things in a better way – to create better tomorrows than our yesterdays have been. Why not harvest that to co-create peace in your life? To resolve the conflicts, bridge the chasms, and heal the wounds in your life?
So, let’s talk about what that means – resolving to resolve, how to decide if you’re ready to do that, and how to go about it if you are.

Share your thoughts, reactions, feedback & ideas with me. I'd love to hear from you!
