As some seasons come to a close, it is easy to get caught up in fixing what was wrong this past season and getting stuck in the "fix it" mindset. The more that we focus on a fix, the less we actually grow. The more that we focus on growing and being the fullness of who we can be, the more that we do just that.

Let your efforts be focused on growing into your potential, not merely fixing the things that are broken. Let the focus be on the growth, not the brokenness.
