"School Pride" is a term often thrown around, but what does that mean? What does that look like in action and how do we as coaches build it?

In this episode with Coach Eli Brown, we hear of the STORIED Booker T. Washington High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma. And by storied, we mean 42 State Championships and 5 National Championships in 100 years of Boys Basketball... Coach Brown discusses how his team rehearses the history of the school along with its role in the community as a vehicle to win games and build the character of athletes within his program.

Key Takeaways: - You can't control when an opportunity will come, but you can be ready when it does. - What does it mean for your athletes to be good stewards of the program? - The platform of a coach is bigger than we sometimes believe. How do we use it to foster respect in our communities?
