Today's guest was Tyler Rathke, a track, basketball and strength coach at William Chrisman High School in Independence Missouri. Tyler is a young coach who has done an amazing job building a program since taking over at the young age of 22. We talk about a variety of things such as culture building, appearances, and his latest endeavor FieldFocus where he along side Coach Rob Assise put out educational material focusing on the field and technical events of track and field.
