How do I work with behavior? Most of you know that I use applied behavior analysis and I would not blame you if you think I use unfeeling technical tools. Nothing could be further from the truth. I have learned to dance the dance of ABA. It is much like the tango in the movie "Scent of a Woman." Moving around the dance floor, blind except for my tools of behavior observation and shaping, I glide with my companion birds to mutual understanding.
