Laura Quast, owner of Jitterz Espresso shares her journey through the coffee business. Laura, who learned coffee through working stands as a teenager always knew that she wanted to own a coffee stand. When the opportunity for Jitterz in Coeur d’Alene to be acquired she wouldn’t be denied. With the numbers being down, she worked the stand for free, to build up the business and ultimately become owner. Since, Laura has found her groove and has turned around one struggling coffee stand after another.
