Summary

After losing her 6 month old son Mason to SIDS Liz Montgomery went on a mission. That mission was to open the conversation on safe sleep practices for our babies. Nobody was talking about the leading cause of death to babies in our community before the Inland Northwest SIDS Foundation was born. In this episode Liz shares the story of losing her son, the steps she could have taken to prevent his death, safe sleep and safety advice, and puts to bed some of the biggest myths when it comes to helping our babies see their first birthday.
