The 2016 real estate market is soaring in Coeur d’Alene and if you’re thinking of selling your home this year, it’s best to get a jump start on the market before everyone else lines up to sell in the spring.

Another good idea is to get an appraisal, so you know your home’s exact value. Home inspections are also a great thing to have before listing, especially with an older home. It shows you the things you should take care of before listing, and with a home inspection, you will know buyer’s concerns before they do.
