People are always asking me when the best time to buy or sell a home might be. The answer is right now!
The fall is the best time to sell in Northern Idaho. The weather is great, and interest rates are still very low. We have some great inventory available as well.
If you're a buyer or a seller, there really isn't a better time to be on the market than in September or October. This is typically where we have record sales months.
