Chad Lingafelt chats with Steve A Klein, Author and Speaker.

Steve grew up in the Midwest before attending college, where he studied broadcasting and communications. He went on to work as a one-man news staff for a local radio station and quickly learned that those who become successful are those who do what everyone else doesn't want to do.

His sales work eventually inspired his bestselling book, Sell When You See the Whites of Their Eyes!

These days, Steve helps organizations with leadership development and training to improve their focus and progress.

On this episode, we talk about time management and being relentless when things get tough. Steve shares strategies that have been successful, and how he’s helped other companies implement systems and process to improve their leadership. We also cover a bit of old school radio talk and scheduling and how it pertains to plotting out a time schedule for your day down to the minute.

We learn how to start building easy-to-follow roadmaps to persist through challenges. Steve also shares why having a daily cadence of tiny steps can grow into massive achievement.

This is a great conversation for business owners and leaders looking to have long term success and growth in their business.
