Shimon Shkury, President and Founder of Ariel Property Advisors, and his guest Matt Dzbanek, Senior Director of Capital Services, discuss how the market reacted to the 7.7% increase in the inflation rate in October, which was better than expected. Although Treasuries started to peak following the Fed’s latest .75% rate hike on November 2, after the October inflation rate was announced on November 10, the 5- and the 10-year Treasury rates dropped below 4% for the first time in about a month.
