Today I get a little vulnerable about losing confidence in myself and my knowledge of my work. I have a very high work ethic but I don't carry a degree which I personally have struggled with when it comes to backing my knowledge for a position that most would need a degree to do. I have many years of experience in many fields and in this episode I share a little about why I am struggling with my confidence at work and what I am doing about it. I encourage you to listen and if you are struggling at work just know you aren't alone and a degree doesn't mean you know more than the next person and if you don't have a degree that doesn't mean you don't know more than someone who does. Use the struggle as motivation to prove yourself knowledgable and a great employee until you become that amazing boss, that's what I'm doing.
