There’s good customer service, and then there’s exceptional customer service, where customers are treated as valued guests. And you can find that at all three locations of Harrison’s Coffee Co.: Johnston Terminal, Waterfront Drive, and the Outlet Mall at Seasons of Tuxedo. Al Dawson has cultivated a culture of giving in all his cafes that starts with his “Manifesto” which is posted in all his cafes and on his website. It represents the values of the organization such as being kind, leaving things better than when you found them, and being part of the solution. It’s about being transparent and who they are as a people. Speaking of which, it’s about people first and Al’s team means the world to him. Al shares the stories behind the names of his coffees and shares the untold story of how many lives are impacted by a cup of coffee. He says that when you say to someone “let’s go for coffee”, what you’re really saying is that “I want to spend time with you”.
