We’ve all experienced feelings of anxiety, stress, and trauma; of struggling with feelings of being overwhelmed and not able to cope with it all. And when that happens, we turn to the “healers” such as therapists, counsellors, and teachers to provide that help we so desperately need.

In episode 78, Genny spoke with Caurel Richards, a Hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Practitioner, about how she became interested in RTT and why she created In Divine Thyme Transformational Services. She shared that it’s a representation of who she is and the things that she’s gone through. And it’s through her own experiences that she’s able to help anyone who needs help. It’s helping people tell their story, and in doing so, helping them to find that balance. Caurel also provides help to the “healers” who also need to share their story.

Her mission is to provide the ultimate safe space, to understand and support those in their most vulnerable times.
