Janet received her MA in Higher Educational Administration from Maharishi International University and has used that along with her unique skills to navigate through many exciting careers. In 2010, her 25-year-old son Dan took his life after many years of suffering from emotional struggles. Janet wrote a best-selling book, How to Hug a Light Being: A Spiritual Journey (available on Amazon) while also continuing to serve as a facilitator for her unique Empowerment Process®, a powerful method for energetic transformation which she developed in 2007. Since then she has created and taught 4 Empowerment Process courses, Become Your Own Healer with the Empowerment Process, Balancing Your Chakras for Energetic Transformation, Advanced Tools for EP Practitioners, and Teacher Training for EP Practitioners.
