When it comes to football at the service academies, there's no better place to be than with Price Atkinson and Steve Carney on Yards and Stripes.
The guys start with a recap of the two games from Saturday, as Army fell just short of upsetting Boston College while Navy held on to beat North Texas (as Steve predicted on last week's show). With the Black Knights in the middle of arguable their toughest stretch of their schedule, can Army fins a way to get bowl-eligible? And did Saturday's win perhaps turn the corner for Navy to begin their march toward a postseason game?
They then get into the upcoming week, that sees another tough matchup for Army with Troy coming to West Point, while Navy heads to North Carolina and a matchup with the Charlotte 49ers, but the marquee matchup of the week has to be Air Force hosting Wyoming in a matchup that puts the winner in the drivers seat for a spot in the Mountain West title game and perhaps a spot in both the AP and coaches' poll.
We honor a fallen service member eith the Travis Manion Foundation's Honor Roll, then giving you our predictions for the upcoming week of games. Can the service academies go 3-0 this week?
