This week we are continuing with our deal appraisal series. It is interesting to think that amongst all the noise, talk of recessions and the death of the high street it is easy to understand why investors could be turned off from investing in the commercial property market right now.

In this episode we provide a reminder that we are not investing in the whole commercial property market and critically that we are only investing in one specific building in a specific location with a specific set of local market demographics. Being informed of the market sentiment is wise, but don’t let it be your only guide for local decisions.
