Being vulnerable and looking inwards can be scary huh? How do we really build the courage to walk through what seems like a dark path and reveal our truths when we are so scared? My guest today, Zach didn't grow up having an easy time being vulnerable. Like most of us, he wanted to hide everything that was wrong and show everyone that he was okay. His biggest fear was not being loved and accepted by others. However, that wasn't leading to a fulfilling life. He was constantly seeking for approval in women to feel worthy, had no idea what he wanted, and carried a lot of childhood pain.

Tune in to listen Zach's courageous choice to turn towards his darkness and "secrets" to turn his life around and find liberation.

Some things we talk about:

-How Zach healed his relationship with his father in his adult life. -How vulnerability became a key part of Zach's life to truly create relationships he loved. -How Zach's pursuit of women was a way of trying to get the love he never got from his mother. -How Zach's did a feminine cleanse to get to know what he wants and who he is. -Why Zach feels it's so important to look inward and heal our "repressed childhood." -Zach's path towards getting to know himself and building what he wanted his life and relationships to look like. -How to stay connected and nourish your relationship when things are "vanilla."

Zachary is a writer, a coach and a heart-centered entrepreneur who loves helping others. His writing focuses on his experiences around holistic health, inner child work, addiction, recovery, spirituality, and fatherhood. His coaching is devoted to helping people experience deep fulfillment in relationships, career, and life.
